Most people seek psychotherapy from me to guide them through personal growth, anxiety, depression, OCD, unhealthy habits, PTSD, and relationship issues. I have learned that people have a natural ability to improve their quality of life and that therapists are there to help facilitate that process. I also do psychological testing for some intellectual, memory, and attention problems.
I provide therapy for a range of adult concerns. I have a particular interest in helping people integrate the seemingly contradictory parts of themselves in a non-judgmental way. That may include finding a helpful perspective on relationships, family, work, spirituality, sexuality, and cultural influences.
For individuals living in the San Francisco Bay Area, appointments can be done in-person, by phone, or secure video conferencing platform for your convenience.
